About the project

The Malta Business Registry project was a small but challenging one for Panta.

Panta was engaged to work on the new offices of the Malta Business Registry in Żejtun, specifically the open office space, canteen, toilets, a couple of electrical rooms and the plant equipment in the shafts, roof and basement. The scope of work included the installation, testing and commissioning of all HVAC, plumbing, electrical and ELV installations.

By our normal standards, this was quite a small-scale project. However, it was not without its challenges. We needed to adhere to stringent deadlines. Thanks to continuous supervision, well-thought-out target setting and excellent communication with our client, the Panta team finished the project to spec and on time.
