Key Responsibilities:

· Assist the Senior Stores Supervisor in the day-to-day operations of the stores.

· Support the implementation and monitoring of inventory management systems.

· Supervise designated store staff and warehouse assistants in daily tasks.

· Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are stored safely and logically.

· Help monitor stock levels and prepare basic reports on inventory status.

· Coordinate with delivery teams to receive and inspect incoming goods.

· Assist with outbound logistics, ensuring items are properly packed, documented, and dispatched.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory movements.

· Help ensure safety, cleanliness, and order within storage areas.

· Support stock takes and audits, reporting discrepancies promptly.

· Assist in maintaining ISO-compliant records and following labeling and storage procedures.

· Help identify any excess, slow-moving, or obsolete stock for review.

· Encourage a culture of organization, accountability, and continuous improvement in storekeeping operations.

Requirements:

· Experience in a warehouse, storekeeping or logistics role

· Understanding of inventory and stock control systems

· Must have good organizational skills

· Good Communication skills both written and verbal

· Must be able to follow instructions & support store staff

· Computer skills is an essential
