At Panta, we’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to take charge of high-impact MEP projects and serve as the go-to expert on all contractual matters. If you’re passionate about delivery, driven by precision, and ready to lead with authority — this is your opportunity to shine.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the technical challenge of managing complex projects and the strategic responsibility of navigating contracts and commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee the successful delivery of key MEP projects — from kickoff to handover.

· Manage and mentor a team of 1–2 Project Managers and their site crews.

· Ensure quality, cost control, timelines, and coordination stay firmly on track.

· Interpret and communicate contract olbigations (FIDIC or bespoke)

· Lead the identification and pursuit of claims, variations, and entitlements.

· Support PMs in issuing notices, handling scope anges, and maintaining commercial discipline.

· Participate in contract review at bid stage and project kickoff

· Support negotiations, final account settlements, and dispute resolutions with confidence.

· Spot and fix patterns of contract mismanagement to improve future delivery.

What We’re Looking For

· 7–10+ years of experience in MEP or general contracting project management.

· Strong grasp of construction contracts (FIDIC, NEC, or similar).

· A proven track record of managing claims, variations, and contract closeouts.

· Excellent leadership and mentoring skills — you bring people along with you.

· Fluent in both technical construction language and contractual/legal terms.

· A pragmatic mindset — balancing what’s happening on site with what’s in the contract.

Preferred Qualifications

· Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management.

· Bonus points for additional training in contract law, quantity surveying, or construction law.

· PMP or similar project management certification is an asset.
