Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, customer-oriented Retail Solution Specialist to join our dynamic showroom team. This position combines indoor sales responsibilities with key in-store operational duties. As a frontline brand ambassador, the chosen candidate will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer service, managing sales cycles, and ensuring the smooth operation of the retail space. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth through strong product knowledge, proactive-client follow-ups, and effective showroom management.
Responsibilities:
- Act as an indoor sales consultant within the showroom, engaging customers, understanding their needs, and recommending the right solutions.
- Provide detailed product information, guiding clients toward the best fit for their requirements.
- Take an active role in closing the sales cycle by following up with leads, negotiating terms and securing commitments.
- Reconnect with past clients to follow up on previous quotations and maintain ongoing relationships to drive repeat business.
- Support daily store upkeep, including organization of displays and materials.
- Handle basic logistics, including stock movement, inventory management and coordination with suppliers and back-office teams.
- Maintain accurate client records and manage existing accounts while proactively reaching out to both existing and potential clients.
- Ensure professional and timely communication with clients starting from quotation to final sale.
- Participate in comprehensive product training, with a strong focus on Hilti tools and solutions, to ensure deep product knowledge and confidence when serving clients.
- Stay updated on new products, industry trends, and company initiatives to remain a trusted advisor to customers
- Must prepare reports on CRM platforms
Requirements:
- Must have experience in sales and customer service
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- High level of organizational abilities and multitasking skills, especially in balancing showroom duties and logistical tasks.
- Willingness to undergo training, including product and sales training related to Hilti products
