Outdoor Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with construction professionals, contractors and clientele.
  • Continuously gather client information to grow and update the company’s customer database
  • To understand the features, specifications, and benefits of tools being sold.
  • Must promote and sell Hilti tools, equipment, and solutions, ensuring customers are matched with the right products to meet their needs.
  • Answer and support customers when having technical queries or guiding them to technical support.
  • Identify new business opportunities and pursue sales leads and referrals.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client challenges and offering tailored solutions that drive productivity and safety.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning, customer engagement, and diligent follow-ups.
  • Upsell or cross-sell related products
  • Provides feedback to the sales and product teams on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity
  • Follow up on orders, back orders, or other requests
  • Ensure accurate record keeping of customer interactions, sales activities and performance by using CRM platforms.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up to date with Hilti’s product range, innovations, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Must have experience in sales and customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and excellent communication skills
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability and willingness to work outdoors
  • Willingness to undergo training, including product and sales training related to Hilti products
