Panta is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Coordinator to support our Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) project teams. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work with experienced professionals, and grow in a fast-paced, technical environment.
You’ll assist with planning, scheduling, and communicating project needs, helping to ensure successful project delivery from start to finish.
Job Purpose
As a Junior Project Coordinator, you will provide administrative and coordination support to project teams. Your role is to help ensure tasks are carried out on time, materials and tools are in place, and communication flows smoothly between team members, subcontractors, and clients.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow within a dynamic project environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating daily project activities across multiple sites.
- Help ensure teams have access to the correct tools, materials, and documents.
- Support Project and Site Supervisors with scheduling, attendance tracking, and reporting.
- Participate in progress meetings and help prepare relevant updates.
- Assist in the organisation and distribution of labour, tools, and equipment.
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners under supervision.
- Learn to monitor work progress against project timelines and budgets.
- Help track and report safety and quality compliance under the guidance of senior staff.
- Follow up on training and development plans for site teams.
- Maintain documentation and records, including leave forms and incident reports.
- Support with basic office and site coordination tasks as needed.
- Maintain a zero-tolerance approach to abusive, harassing, or discriminatory behavior; escalate as needed.
- Collaborate with the Project Supervisor for Health & Safety (PSHS) to support site inspections and ensure compliance with OHSA requirements

- Basic knowledge or interest in construction, engineering, or MEP services is a plus.
- Comfortable working in both office and site environments.
- Awareness of health, safety, and environmental responsibilities (training will be provided).
Education and Experience
- Diploma or degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or currently studying).
- Some work experience, internship, or exposure to a project environment is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with project scheduling software or construction drawings is a plus.
