About the Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Junior Engineer to join our team, with a special focus on lift systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment, working alongside experienced professionals on real projects. If you have the drive to learn and grow, we’ll provide all the training and guidance you need.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in the design, installation, and maintenance of lift systems for various projects
- Help prepare technical drawings, basic estimates, and tender documents
- Support site teams by interpreting drawings, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth project progress
- Visit project sites to monitor lift installation and testing alongside senior engineers
- Work with suppliers and contractors to order materials, track deliveries, and coordinate services
- Help ensure that all lift systems meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Take part in maintenance schedules and help document completed work for client records
What We’re Looking For
- Basic technical background (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
- Willingness to learn about lifts and building services
- Good communication skills in English (Maltese is a plus)
- Knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit is an advantage (training provided)
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
