The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to join our team and contribute to shaping a workplace that reflects our core values – Respect, Integrity, Care, Courage, and Innovation.
This role combines hands-on HR operations with analytical and project coordination skills, supporting key initiatives that enhance employee experience, strengthen organisational effectiveness, and help us build a future together as an employer of choice.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and execute HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, wellbeing, and employee engagement.
- Coordinate training and development programmes, ensuring alignment with company goals and maintaining accurate records and certifications.
- Administer EU-funded training schemes, including Investing in Skills (IIS)
- Prepare and maintain HR dashboards and reports using Excel or similar tools to track key metrics.
- Contribute to HR digitalisation and process improvement projects aimed at enhancing efficiency, transparency, and data accuracy.
- Collaborate with managers and departments to identify workforce development needs and support learning and upskilling pathways.
- Assist in organising employee wellbeing initiatives, internal events, and engagement activities that foster a sense of care and belonging.
- Ensure compliance with Maltese employment law and company policies, maintaining ethical and transparent HR practices.

Requirements
- Qualification in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in HR operations or training.
- Experience in the engineering or construction sector is an asset.
- Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic AI tools.
- Good command of English; Maltese is an advantage.
