Occupying 18,500 square metres, Panta Lesco’s scope of works included the ventilation systems and lighting for the car park, the power and fire fighting systems as well as all infrastructure, mechanical and electrical systems required in the Pendergardens urban development.

In addition to this, Panta Lesco’s renewable energy section supplied and installed 22 photovoltaic modules of 230 watts each ensuring that urban living complements environmental sustainability.
