Responsibilities:
· Maintain superior technical knowledge and skills through continuous professional development, ensuring you’re up-to-date with the latest repair techniques and technologies.
· Perform high-quality repairs to Hilti products by accurately diagnosing issues and applying prescribed corrective measures, utilizing proper tools and systems to deliver timely solutions.
· Utilize hand scanners effectively to receive, diagnose, pick spare parts, and complete repairs of Hilti tools, ensuring efficiency and precision throughout the repair process.
· Conduct final functional and safety testing after every repair to guarantee customer safety and satisfaction, adhering to stringent quality standards.
· Assist in maintaining adequate parts inventory by conducting continuous inventory checks, ensuring accurate picking of spare parts, and identifying opportunities to optimize stock levels for efficient repair services.
· Maintain positive rapport and communication with customers and sales personnel, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional service throughout the repair process.
· Provide valuable data and insights to Hilti quality and product managers, contributing to the identification of potential improvements to the overall quality and safety of Hilti tools.
· Maintain work areas, tools, and equipment in an orderly manner, enabling efficient and safe job performance while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
· School Leaving Certificate.
· Previous experience in mechanical or electrical repairs is essential, along with proficiency in using Windows applications and reading blueprints.
· Ability to occasionally lift heavy items and stand for long periods, performing repetitive tasks such as reaching, bending, and climbing.
