Panta is committed to providing premium, energy-efficient air conditioning systems that optimize the client’s investment.

• 1.1. Transparent Pricing: All written quotes provided by Panta shall outline the comprehensive costs of equipment, standard installation materials, and labor. No hidden fees shall apply post-signing, provided the site conditions match the initial assessment details.
• 1.2. Scope of Standard Installation: Standard pricing includes a specified length of copper piping (typically up to 3 meters unless stated otherwise in writing) and standard electrical connections. Any additional works, structural alterations, core drilling through specialized materials, or lifting equipment (e.g., lifters/cranes) required due to site restrictions will be subject to a separate variation cost outlined prior to work commencement.
• 1.3. Energy-Efficiency Metrics: Energy-efficiency ratings (e.g., A++, SEER/SCOP values) are based on certified manufacturer specifications under controlled test conditions (Mitsubishi Electric / Hisense). Actual energy consumption and savings may vary depending on individual user habits, room insulation, ambient outdoor temperatures, and adherence to regular maintenance schedules.

2. Maximum Comfort & Efficient Performance

Panta guarantees the delivery of custom-fitted engineering solutions designed to accurately heat, cool, and ventilate residential and commercial spaces.

• 2.1. System Sizing & Selection: Recommendations for specific BTU capacities are determined based on the space metrics provided by the client or audited by Panta’s technical team. Panta is not responsible for suboptimal cooling or heating performance if the client insists on purchasing a unit with a lower BTU rating than officially recommended, or if structural changes (e.g., adding large glass apertures) are made to the room after installation.
• 2.2. Installation Quality Standards: All systems will be installed by Panta’s accredited and trained technicians in strict compliance with structural engineering standards and manufacturer instructions to ensure optimal airflow and low noise levels.
• 2.3. Correct Usage Restrictions: To ensure maximum comfort and efficient performance, units must be operated according to the manufacturer’s manual. Misuse, such as running the system with open windows or setting temperatures outside reasonable thermal comfort parameters continually, may strain the system and void performance assurances.

3. Reliable Support & Lifetime Maintenance

Panta backs its installations with second-to-none after-sales support and clear warranty conditions to maximize the lifetime of the air-conditioning systems.

• 3.1. Warranty Coverage: * Units come with a comprehensive warranty on parts and labor as specified at the time of purchase (e.g., up to 5 years for applicable Hisense/Mitsubishi models).
  • The warranty explicitly covers manufacturing defects and installation faults.
  • The warranty does not cover faults caused by accidental damage, acts of God (e.g., lightning strikes, power surges), unauthorized third-party tampering, or a lack of basic consumer maintenance (such as failure to clean basic plastic dust filters every 2–4 weeks).
• 3.2. Mandatory Maintenance for Warranty Validity: To maintain the validity of the extended warranty, the client must ensure the unit undergoes professional servicing by a Panta-accredited technician at least once every calendar year (or more frequently for high-demand commercial spaces). These annual maintenance visits are subject to separate standard servicing fees unless a prepaid service contract is active.
• 3.3. Support Response Times: After-sales support queries and fault reports can be filed via standard communication channels (phone or email). Panta logs all incoming requests and prioritizes them based on emergency status (e.g., total system failures or commercial server rooms taking precedence). While Panta strives for rapid resolution, response times may vary during peak summer/winter seasons due to high market demand.

4. Panta Free AC Quote Promotional Giveaway

• 4.1 The Promoter The promoter of this promotional giveaway is Panta Lesco Limited (operating as "Panta"), a company registered in Malta with registration number C 12345, and having its registered office at Panta House, Valley Road, Msida, MSD 9024, Malta (hereinafter referred to as the "Promoter").
• 4.2. Eligibility and Entry Restrictions: The promotional giveaway is open exclusively to legal residents of the Republic of Malta who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the date of entry. Employees, directors, officers, or immediate family members of the Promoter, its associated corporate entities, or advertising agencies are strictly ineligible to participate. Maximum of one (1) entry per person and per physical household address is permitted. Multiple quote requests for different rooms within the same property or duplicate requests using alternate email addresses will be consolidated into a single entry or disqualified at the discretion of the Promoter.
• 4.3. Promotional Period and How to Enter: The promotional campaign begins on 1st June 2026 at 08:00 CET and closes on 30th September 2026 at 23:59 CET (the "Promotional Period"). Any quote requests received outside this window will not qualify for entry. To enter the draw, an eligible participant must request a formal, free residential Air Conditioning (AC) system quote from Panta during the Promotional Period. Quotes can be requested through the following official channels: Completing the online quote form on the official Panta website (www.panta.com.mt) / Visiting the official Panta Showroom in Msida and requesting a quote from a sales representative / Requesting an on-site residential technical consultation via email or phone. No purchase necessary. Participants are under zero obligation to accept the quote, place an order, make a deposit, or buy any product or service from the Promoter. Accepting, rejecting, or ignoring the issued quote will have no impact whatsoever on a participant's chances of winning. Entry Obligation: Free Quote Only (No Purchase Required). • 4.4 The Prize and Standard Sales Standards: The prize consists of one (1) brand new standard wall-mounted residential Air Conditioning unit, up to a maximum retail value of €750 including VAT (the "Prize"). The Prize includes supply and standard installation at a Maltese residential property by certified Panta technicians in strict accordance with Panta's normal retail sales standards. Standard installation includes up to three (3) meters of copper piping. Any additional copper piping required due to the specific layouts or requirements of the winner's premises must be paid for entirely at the winner's own expense in accordance with standard Panta retail rates. Upgrade Options: The winner is permitted to upgrade the Prize to a higher-capacity or premium AC unit model from the Panta inventory, provided that the winner settles the exact difference in retail price between the prize value and the upgraded model. Downgrades are strictly prohibited; the winner cannot select a cheaper model and request a refund or cash settlement for the monetary difference. The Prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or alternative goods outside the upgrade pathway defined above.
• 4.5. Winner Selection, Notification, and Acceptance: Every unique, valid quote reference number issued during the Promotional Period will be assigned a random ticket number in a unified secure electronic pool. The draw will take place on the first week of October 2026 at the Panta Headquarters in Msida. The winner will be chosen completely at random via a verified digital Random number Generator (RNG) or a public Wheel of Fortune event displayed on Panta's official social channels. The selected winner will be contacted via the telephone number and/or email address specified on their quote documentation within forty-eight (48) hours of the draw. Prize Acceptance or Refusal: Upon notification, the selected winner must make a definitive decision to either accept or refuse the Prize within fourteen (14) calendar days of the first notification attempt. If the winner formally accepts the Prize, installation arrangements must be scheduled within an agreed standard timeframe. If the winner explicitly refuses the Prize, or fails to respond with a definitive choice within the 14-day window, the Prize will be deemed forfeited, and an alternate backup winner will be randomly drawn from the original pool.

5. General Provisions

• 5.1. Entire Agreement: These Promise Terms supplement Panta's standard General Terms of Sale and Installation. In the event of any conflict, the specific provisions regarding warranty and maintenance logs in this document shall prevail.
