Purpose of Job

• Support department functions and always maintain a high company profile and image
• To coordinate and ensure that HVAC and AEP fault and maintenance activities are executed in the most efficient and effective manner
• Other duties that may arise from time to time

Main Duties

• Diagnose faults on VRF and Split type air conditioning systems
• Diagnose faults on Water treatment and Reverse Osmosis systems
• Diagnose faults on Underfloor, Solar water heaters and photovoltaic systems
• Design and plan Installation of any new systems for the above mainly for water treatment and PVs
• Correspond and deal with Customers regarding any faults
• Research new suppliers for any products needed
• Replace and Repair parts of the systems above
• Attend courses for technical training from Suppliers
• Support client needs and ensures that works are carried out in a safe and timely manner
• Co-ordinate work with our customer care department
