TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. THE PROMOTER

The promoter is Panta Malta (hereinafter referred to as "the Promoter"), with its official website located at https://panta.mt.

2. ELIGIBILITY

• Entry is free of charge. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

• The competition is open exclusively to individuals who are legal residents of Malta and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• Employees, directors, officers, and immediate family members of the Promoter, its associated companies, or anyone professionally connected with the administration of this competition are strictly excluded from entering.

• Limitation: Strictly one (1) entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries submitted by the same individual using different email addresses, phone numbers, or identities will result in the immediate disqualification of all entries associated with that individual.

3. COMPETITION PERIOD

• The competition opens for entries upon the publication of the online prediction form at https://panta.mt/win

• The deadline for submitting predictions is exactly before the official kickoff whistle of the Norway vs. England World Cup match on July 11, 2026 at 22:59 CET time.  Submissions logged after kickoff will be automatically voided.

4. HOW TO ENTER & MANDATORY SHARING REQUIREMENT

To register a valid entry into the prize draw, participants must complete the following steps before the match kickoff deadline:

1. • Accurately complete all required identification fields on the online form (First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone Number).

   • Predict the final score and select a First Goalscorer tiebreaker.

   • Upon reaching the success screen, participants are encouraged to utilize the provided sharing button to publish their prediction text to their personal Facebook timeline. While sharing is optional, entries shared on Facebook will take priority as an advantage in the event of a tiebreaker.

   • All entries are recorded automatically upon form submission. In the event of a tie — where two or more entrants share the same correct scoreline, first goalscorer prediction, and submission timestamp — verified social proof of having shared this competition on Facebook will be used as a tiebreaker. Tied entrants who are unable to provide a screenshot of their published public Facebook post upon request will be placed below those who can. Panta reserves the right to request this proof within 48 hours of notifying a potential winner.

5. DETERMINING THE WINNERS & TIEBREAKER RULES The competition aims to award a total of 1 (1) winners. Winners will be calculated from the pool of entries logged as "Shared on Facebook? = Yes" in the database, evaluated using a tiered framework:

• Tier 1 (The Primary Condition): To qualify for a prize, an entrant must correctly predict the exact final scoreline of the match at the end of regular play (including injury/stoppage time added by the referee, and extra time but excluding penalty shootouts if applicable).

• Tier 2 (The Goalscorer Tiebreaker): If the number of entrants who correctly predicted the exact score exceeds the number of available prizes, the pool of correct-score entries will be filtered by those who also correctly predicted the First Goalscorer of the match.

• Tier 3 (The Chronological Decider): If a tie still persists within the filtered pool, or if fallback scenarios occur, entries will be ranked chronologically using the Submission Timestamp logged automatically in the database (Column A). Prizes will be awarded to the earliest submissions.

• Tier 4 (The Share advantage): If a tie still persists among entrants who correctly predicted both the scoreline and the first goalscorer and sharing the same timestamp, the pool will be further prioritized by those who shared their prediction to their personal Facebook timeline using the platform's sharing button on the success screen

Fallback Scenarios:

• Scenario A: The match ends 0-0: Because a scoreless draw yields no goalscorers, Step 2 is voided. The winners will be selected from the pool of correct 0–0 predictions based strictly on the Earliest Submission Timestamps and shared on Facebook.

• Scenario B: No one guesses the correct First Goalscorer: If participants correctly predict the exact scoreline (e.g., 2–1) but nobody in that specific pool correctly guesses the actual first goalscorer, the tiebreaker falls strictly to the Earliest Submission Timestamps and shared on Facebook within the correct-score pool.

• Scenario C: No one Guess the correct score: If no entries successfully satisfy any proximity criteria under clause 5, Panta reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to roll over the prize to a subsequent match competition or to award the prize via this mechanism
  
  • The prize would be determined mathematically using the following strict skill-based hierarchy applied to all eligible entries:
  • Step 1 (Correct Outcome): Priority is given to entries that correctly predicted the overall match result (e.g., England Win, Norway Win, or Draw).
  • Step 2 (Closest Total Goals): From those who got the outcome right, the entry closest to the total number of goals scored in the match takes precedence.
  • Step 3 (Tiebreaker Advantage): If multiple entries remain tied, priority will be given to participants who shared the competition text on Facebook.
  • Step 4 (Chronological Timestamp): If a tie still remains, the prize will be awarded to the participant who submitted their entry the earliest chronologically.

6. THE PRIZES

• The prize pool consists of one (1) Hisense Air Conditioning 12k BTU units.

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or alternative models.

• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative product of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

• Standard product warranty applies as provided by the manufacturer/distributor; however, delivery, professional installation, or electrical modifications to the winner's property are not included unless explicitly stated in writing by the Promoter.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION & SCREENSHOT PROOF

• Potential winners will be calculated following the final whistle of the match after verification of the official match data.

• The provisional winners will be contacted via the Email Address and/or Phone Number provided during form registration within seven (7) days of the match ending.

• Verification Step: To officially claim their prize, contacted potential winners must reply within fourteen (14) days with a clear screenshot of their personal Facebook timeline post showing the shared prediction. The screenshot must clearly display a timestamp proving the post was published prior to the official match kickoff time on July 11, 2026 at 22:59 CET.

• If a contacted participant fails to respond within fourteen (14) days, cannot provide the requested screenshot proof of sharing, or is found to be ineligible, their entry will be forfeited. The Promoter will then contact the next eligible runner-up in sequence on the spreadsheet.

• Winners must provide valid proof of identity, age, and Maltese residency (e.g., a Maltese ID card) when claiming their prize.

8. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

• By participating, entrants agree that any personal data provided (name, email, phone) will be held and processed securely by the Promoter strictly for the purpose of administering this competition, verifying eligibility, and processing prize distribution.

• Data processing complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act (Cap. 586 of the Laws of Malta). Personal information will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.

9. FACEBOOK DISCLAIMER

• This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta or Facebook.

• Participants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook.

• Because Facebook’s API and privacy settings restrict third-party platforms from automatically viewing a user's personal timeline feed, the manual submission of a timeline screenshot serves as the sole, definitive method for validating compliance with the mandatory sharing condition of this contest.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition and these Terms and Conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control.

   

• Any attempt to deliberately damage the entry form website, manipulate submission data packets, or undermine the legitimate operation of the contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.

• By clicking "Submit my prediction", participants confirm they have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. All decisions made by the Promoter regarding any aspect of the competition are final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
