Sales Representatives

The Sales Representatives, report to the Department Manager, having key relationships with the rest of the Sales Team as well as the other departments in the company.


  1. Purpose of Job

SELL all services and products offered by the organisation, especially Air Conditioning systems

  • Handle New Clients and enquiries
  • Size and propose the correct systems for the clients
  • Generate quotations
  • Secure new business and continue to maintain existing clients
  • Ensure client satisfaction
  • Promote the brand image of the company
  • Get internal training and from suppliers for the brands


  1. Main Duties
  • Ensuring that all duties are carried out as a Sales Team in the interest of the Company and its clients
  • Maintaining a log of enquiries, quotes issued, and contracts signed on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Ensure that all reports, information, and supplier product sheets are kept up to date with all the necessary rates and requirements to be able to offer the best options to clients in line with their requests and needs
  • Ensuring that the Company’s professional image and integrity are maintained
  • Ensure that the relevant departments and teams are provided with relevant details for the smooth execution of contracts and agreements. Follow up of orders and instructions, and keeping customers informed of the status of their projects
  • Ensuring that the client database is updated accordingly, and any relevant changes are communicated to the relevant departments
  • Compile a meeting report of all customer visits
  • Follow up of quotations within a maximum of 48 hrs, and any failure to do so to be reported to the Sales Manager
  • Each team member is responsible to delegate his daily duties to the team when out of office
  • Take on any other duties as deemed necessary by management
