Sales & Design Engineer

Are you a skilled engineer with a passion for sales and design, particularly in Air Conditioning and Alternative Energy systems? We are seeking a Sales & Design Engineer to join our team and play a crucial role in promoting, designing, and selling our innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Objective:
To sell our full range of services and products, including Air Conditioning and Alternative Energy systems, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling new client inquiries and providing tailored solutions
  • Sizing and proposing the correct systems for clients
  • Designing HVAC, heat pump, or underfloor heating systems for potential projects
  • Preparing and generating quotations
  • Securing new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
  • Promoting the brand image of our company
  • Engaging in internal and supplier-led training sessions to enhance expertise in our brands and solutions

Main Duties:

  • Collaborate as a member of the Sales Team to meet the needs of both the company and clients
  • Maintain a log of inquiries, issued quotes, and signed contracts on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Keep product sheets, rates, and reports updated to provide the best client solutions
  • Uphold the company’s professional image and integrity in all client interactions
  • Ensure smooth contract execution by sharing relevant details with internal teams and updating clients on project progress
  • Maintain and update the client database, communicating necessary changes across departments
  • Submit customer visit reports and follow up on quotations within 48 hours
  • Delegate responsibilities when out of the office, as necessary
  • Take on additional duties as assigned by management
