Project Technical Support Officer

We are seeking a tech-savvy Project Technical Support Officer to enhance our project management capabilities. Knowledge of the building services industry is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

· Create and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), provide training, and ensure compliance.

· Assist project managers, facilitate communication, and troubleshoot digital technology issues.

· Support digital initiatives, evaluate new tools, and train staff.

· Manage site labour records, liaise with HR, and ensure compliance with labour regulations.

· Maintain project data quality, conduct audits, and resolve inconsistencies.

· Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency.

· Lead initiatives to streamline processes and enhance project delivery.

Qualifications:

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Proficient in Excel and data processing techniques.

· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Proven experience in SOP development and implementation.

· Experience with PowerBI, MS Access, and project management software is advantageous.
