The Panta Lesco Group is seeking to employ a Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join an existing dynamic team of colleagues in our Projects Office.

The main duties of the chosen candidate include the following:

1. Preparation of estimates and tenders
2. To develop tender designs and liaising with drawing office for the preparation and coordination of workshop drawings.
3. Preparation of material and equipment submittals, schedules and orders
4. Monitoring and controlling overall works on projects, including:

a.      Planning activities, tasks and deliveries of materials and equipment as per the project’s programme of works

b.      Monitoring of material and labour budgets.

c.      Monitoring quality of installations.

d.      To take a leading role in problem solving matters both in the mechanical and electrical divisions regarding installation, equipment and drawings.
